TBCDE has always offered financial aid and merit scholarships to our Intensive Program students. Contact your campus administrator for information on how to apply for financial assistance.

Tuition Payment Options

TBCDE offers the following tuition payment options:

  1. Annual – Receive a 5% tuition discount by making a full payment
    Annual payment can be made by cash, checks (made payable to Tulsa Ballet), or by credit/debit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
  2. Installments – The installment option is available through credit card autodraft
    1st Installment due at time of enrollment
    2nd Installment due September 5, 2021
    3rd Installment due December 5, 2021
    4th Installment due February 5, 2022

Requests for an alternate payment plan must be submitted in writing, with an explanation, to your campus administrator. Trainee Program students are on a different payment plan.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT for 3 year olds
  1. Fall or Spring Session – Receive a 5% tuition discount by making a full payment

  2. Installments – The installment option is available through credit card auto-draft
    1st Installment due at time of enrollment
    2nd Installment due Oct. 5, 2021 (Fall) or Feb. 5, 2022 (Spring)

Tuition costs are determined taking holidays into account. We cannot refund tuition for holidays, inclement weather, or missed classes.

Adult Program

Please Note: Adults will enroll per session, semester, or annual. If you have unused punches on a previously purchased class card, please contact TBCDE to see how you can redeem these.


Intensive Program

Tuition for Intensive Program classes vary by level.  For more information, please contact us at education@tulsaballet.org or 918-712-5327.

Intensive Program students receive 2 complimentary tickets to Tulsa Ballet’s productions of Creations in Studio K, Breakin’ Bricks, Swan Lake & Signature Series.*

*Level 1 students who enroll in the partial Level 1 program will receive 2 complimentary tickets to Tulsa Ballet’s productions of  Jack and the Beanstalk, The Nutcracker and Swan Lake.


Withdrawal and Refunds

For students who need to withdraw from classes, withdrawal forms can be obtained at the front desk and returned to one of the CDE Administrative Assistants. All forms must be returned 30 days prior to student withdrawal. Parents/guardians will be responsible for all tuition payments due up to one month after the written notice. Tuition is non-refundable except in the case of serious illness or injury as verified by a doctor’s certificate or in the relocation of a family. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or unforeseen events.
