An Integrated Campaign for Tulsa Ballet
Kayla Vaughn, Integrated Campaign Chair

Scott Black, Tulsa Ballet Managing Director
For nearly 60 years, generations of Tulsans have paved the way for Tulsa Ballet’s rise to the top as a leader in the national and international arts community.
Tulsa Ballet is now in the public phase of a $25 million Integrated Campaign to help ensure the permanence of Tulsa Ballet, and the quality of its offerings for decades to come. This Campaign is part of a long-range financial plan for the organization that will create opportunities for increasing earned revenues through ticket sales, school tuition, investments, and audience development.

Where Do We Go From Here
The Defining the Future Integrated Campaign consists of the following components:
- $10 million for endowment funds for ongoing operational support, education, preservation of classical repertoire, contemporary & new works, touring, and live music & orchestra.
- $11.5 million for capital funds to build the first Satellite School for the Tulsa Ballet Center for Dance Education (TBCDE) to support the growing needs of the TBCDE’s education and outreach programs, the creation of new full-length ballet productions & a new “Nutcracker,” and existing facility renovations to benefit administration growth and archival displays to showcase the history of the company within the facility.
- $3.5 million for operating to supplement the day-to-day operating costs of the organization and provide a financial bridge until new endowment funds begin to produce income.
Much like a dancer whose outward beauty and grace is a product of intense physical training, Tulsa Ballet has worked hard to build a solid foundation and strong core. Our commitment to excellence pushes us to soar to new heights, unwilling to compromise on quality or take a step backward.
As the curtain rises on the future of Tulsa Ballet, we need your help to ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization for future generations to come. Together, we will continue to bring national and international recognition to our community while fostering economic growth for its businesses, education and outreach for its students, and continued pride for its residents.
