Summer Intensive

The summer of 2024 marks the twenty-ninth year of Tulsa Ballet’s Summer Intensive, offering talented students from across the country the opportunity to receive high caliber training with guest artists from the international dance community and the distinguished faculty of Tulsa Ballet and Tulsa Ballet Center for Dance Education.  Students attending will have the opportunity to imerse themselves in a robust schedule of Vaganova-based ballet technique, pointe, men’s class, partnering, company repertoire, body conditioning and complementary classes including modern, jazz, contemporary and Dunham technique.  A closing demonstration in Tulsa Ballet’s in-house theater will take place on the last day of the program. 

Serious ballet students ages nine years and older are invited to audition for this summer intensive.  Admission is by audition only.*  Students ages 17-22 who are interested in the Daytime Program, Trainee Program or Tulsa Ballet II will be considered during the Summer Intensive.
