We invite you to explore your upcoming performances as well, where you have the option to add tickets to your Digital Wallet, transfer a ticket, or display ticket barcodes for contactless entry into the theater.
How to access your digital tickets
The Tulsa PAC uses Ticketmaster as its ticketing platform. To access your tickets on your Ticketmaster account, transfer your tickets, or make changes, watch the video or view the step-by-step instructions in the PDF below.
Once signed in to Ticketmaster, be sure to add your e-tickets to your digital wallet to avoid disruption upon entry.

Subscriber Services & Information
Exchanges & Refunds
The Tulsa Ballet Box Office gladly exchanges tickets to performances as a subscriber-exclusive benefit, subject to certain guidelines. Tulsa Ballet offers no refunds on tickets.
Guidelines
1. The Tulsa Ballet Box Office must be notified of your exchange request 24 hours prior to opening night.
To submit your request, call 918.749.6407, text 918.749.6030, email tickets@tulsaballet.org, or fill out our online form.
2. Exchanges are subject to seating availability; there is no guarantee of the same seats or the same section.
3. If tickets are exchanged to a higher-priced section, the price difference must be paid.
4. If tickets are exchanged to a lower-priced section, no credit or refund will be given.
5. Only one ticket will be exchanged for each ticket returned.
Box Office
During performances at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center (TPAC), a Tulsa Ballet representative will be available in the box office inside the 3rd St. lobby. The Box Office will open two hours prior to show time and will remain open for 30 minutes after the start of the performance. You may reach a Tulsa Ballet representative during this time by calling TPAC at 918.596.7111. The Box Office at Studio K and the Lorton Performance Center will open one hour prior to show time and remain open for 30 minutes after the start of the performance.
Ticket Donations
Subscribers who are unable to attend a performance may donate their tickets for resale. This is a tax-deductible donation to Tulsa Ballet to the extent allowed by law. To receive a donation receipt, requests must be made to the Tulsa Ballet Box Office at least 24 hours prior to opening night of the performance run. A donation receipt will be mailed.
Pre-Show Discussions
Get a behind-the-scenes look at our productions with these free talks in the Westby Pavilion 30 minutes before all Tulsa Performing Arts Center performances (excluding The Nutcracker). Learn about the choreography, music, costumes, and other fascinating elements that go into the show you are seeing. Free for all ticket holders, so bring your friends!
