Our season closer takes a look at choreographers that find inspiration across genres and seamlessly blend styles to create works with long-lasting, widespread appeal. Classical ballet and Broadway-style dance fuse together in all three works for a joyful evening of movement.
Glass Figures | Ma Cong
Created for the company in 2018, this dynamic work, featuring a score by award-winning composer Philip Glass, is a tribute to the joy of dance. Acclaimed by audiences and critics from Tulsa and New York City, critics have hailed the works as “a triumph.” (Tulsa World)
PARHELIA | Jennifer Archibald
Resident Choreographer for Cincinnati Ballet, Jennifer Archibald returns with PARHELIA, an incredible piece that made its world premiere in Tulsa back in 2018 for Creations in Studio K, Archibald’s first creation for Tulsa Ballet’s main company.

Encore performance! In 2018, the three-time Tony Award-winning choreographer of Broadway’s Hamilton choreographed a brand new work inspired by Tulsa Ballet dancers – his first commission for a ballet company! It was so good, that we want to see it again…and so will you.
