Isabella Shook

Isabella Shook, with Latin American heritage, was born in The Woodlands, TX. She started her love for ballet at age three learning under her mother. In 2017, she began her studies at the Houston Ballet Academy’s Pre-Professional division. In September 2020, she continued her training at the Vitacca Ballet School Professional Training Program. In 2023, her first year competing in the Senior category, she won 1st place and was awarded top 12 in the Finals. A month later, she won 2nd place in the Youth America Grand Prix and 1st place pas de deux and was invited to the finals. She joined The Tulsa Ballet Center for Dance Education as a trainee in August 2023. Isabella joined Tulsa Ballet II as an Apprentice in 2024 and returns this season as a member of Tulsa Ballet II.
