Soloist
From Seoul, South Korea, Seung Hyun Lee graduated from the Korea National University of Arts. He won the Gold Medal in the Senior Division of the Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition before joining Boston Ballet in 2016. While in Boston, Seung Hyun performed in works such as Romeo and Juliet (Cranko), The Nutcracker (Nissinen), La Sylphide (Bournonville/Englund), The Sleeping Beauty (Petipa/Ashton), Artifact (Forsythe), Violin Concerto (Balanchine), Prodigal Son (Balanchine), and Chaconne (Balanchine). Seung Hyun has also appeared as a guest artist around the world, performing in international festivals and expositions in Miami, Milan, and Mexico, to name a few. He joined Tulsa Ballet as a Soloist in 2018.
