Why Live In Tulsa?
Tulsa maintains a very unique identity: a historic city with a wholly modern vibe, boasting a culturally diverse population and lifestyle.
Tulsa is big enough to offer high-end restaurants and stores, an array of nightlife activities, and big-city sights, but is also small enough to make everyday life convenient.
From cost of living benefits, to friendly residents and cultural amenities, Tulsans have a variety of reasons for sticking around.

Things to Do
Tulsa boasts a number of theaters for live music and performances, from traveling Broadway shows to small community theaters. In addition to Tulsa Ballet, there’s Tulsa Opera, Tulsa Symphony, and Tulsa Chorale.
If you’re the outdoors type, there are more than 100 miles of biking and walking trails throughout Tulsa, including 40 miles along the beautiful Arkansas River that weaves through our city.
And of course, there’s the Gathering Place, the Tulsa Zoo, the Philbrook Museum, the Tulsa Air & Space Museum, and Cain’s Ballroom.
