What is the National Summer Intensive Auditions? The NSIA professional school collective is offering in-person auditions at their facilities, and students who attend the National Summer Intensive Audition will be considered by all schools in the collective for acceptance to their summer intensives.
Students choose a city from the audition schedule and register with the host school. The audition is in-person, and the remaining schools will observe the audition either via Zoom or in person. The auditions will be recorded so that the observing schools may review the auditions if needed. Students will have the opportunity to select which schools they would like to audition for, however, all schools in the collective may reach out to any students who audition. Registration for NSIA sites is now open. Click the button above to navigate to the NSIA website.

Tulsa Ballet is pleased to welcome students from across North America to our Summer Intensives. Taught by our talented faculty and selected International guest artists, Tulsa Ballet is committed to providing the best in dance education for students ages 9-22.
An integral part to our achieving this goal is to provide safe and supportive accommodations for students while they train with us from out of town. With the understanding that students need adequate rest, proper nutrition and extra-curricular activities to relax, make new friends and learn about our wonderful city, students can participate in a series of evening and weekend activities to enhance their experience with us. Tulsa Ballet expects to have 20-25 students who will require housing during their time with us.
To facilitate these goals, Tulsa Ballet seeks out dynamic and caring chaperones to join us for our summer programs. Click here for more details and the chaperone application.
Students will have ballet technique 6 days a week and will participate in a full schedule of complimentary classes to further a dancer’s artistic and technical development. Placement and qualification for pointe classes are entirely the decision of the Artistic Staff.
For students ages 7-9, we offer our Summer Youth Intensive. This program does not require an audition. Click here for more information!
