Each Creative Movement student will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the 2023|24 Tulsa Ballet II performance of Jack & the Beanstalk. You may select a performance at either our Brookside or Broken Arrow facility, regardless of where your child is enrolled. Please take note of the facility that you choose, to ensure you arrive at the correct venue on time.  If you choose a performance that is during your regularly scheduled class time, we recommend you schedule a make-up time for the missed class.

Each student given the code "DANCE" for this form will receive two (2) complimentary tickets in price level 3 to both of Tulsa Ballet’s 2023|24 productions of The Nutcracker and Strictly Gershwin at the Tulsa PAC, plus two (2) for the Tulsa Ballet II production of Jack & the Beanstalk. Please select your preferred dates below.   You may select a Jack and the Beanstalk performance at either our Brookside or Broken Arrow facility, regardless of where your child is enrolled. Please select your preferred dates below.  If you choose a performance that is during your regularly scheduled class time, we recommend you schedule a make-up time for the missed class. Note: Students who enroll in only the Spring semester receive tickets to Cinderella, Tchaikovsky and Signature Series.
