Shu Kinouchi

Shu was born in Japan, 1992. He started ballet at Mayumi Kinouchi Ballet Studio and then continued studying at Hamburg Ballet School, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School and Studio Company at American Ballet Theatre. He was an apprentice at Jessica Lang Dance in 2012. The following year, he joined in Tulsa Ballet as Corps de Ballet. His repertory includes Swan Lake, Flames of Paris, Napoli, “Renfield” in Ben Stevenson's Dracula, and Balanchine's Tarantella. Shu has also performed original choreography by Raymond Lukens, Jessica Lang, Aszure Barton, Nicolo Fonte and Ma Cong. He was a finalist in Prix de Lausanne in 2010.
